| All metal instruments are sterilized prior to use. Plastic suction tips, cups, and other materials are used once and thrown away. This office maintains strict compliance with all recommended office infection control procedures. This is for your safety as well as ours. |  |
Financial & Insurance Info
| FEES AND PAYMENTS:
You will be given an estimate of treatment costs before beginning procedures so that you can make financial arrangements. For your convenience, we accept all major credit cards, cash, and checks. We can also provide assistance in obtaining financing through CareCredit if you prefer to set up a payment plan. INSURANCE:As a courtesy to our patients, we will file insurance claims on your behalf. We will collect the amount that we estimate insurance will not cover at the time treatment is provided. This is only an estimation and sometimes we must either bill or refund the difference after insurance has made their decision on payment. Please understand that your insurance is a contract between you and your insurance company. Our recommendations are based on your individual health conditions and not on what insurance will pay. We choose not to be an in-network provider so that we may make decisions based on your health, as opposed to trying to save an insurance company money. At the time services are rendered, you will be responsible for your portion of the fee. |
